After constantly going back through my beloved books, I decided to start a collection of my notes and summaries. Perhaps this will give you new ideas and insights, or find a new book to read.

Good to Great by Jim Collins (8/10).

Overall, this is an excellent book I find myself coming back to as I gain more experience as an entrepreneur. At times it feels like Collins might have a hindsight bias, or seeing things in a better light looking backward. There is also a question of survivorship bias too. But much of these principles you here other successful co-founders and CEOs say too.
